Full Interior Refurbishment — Marylebone, London
A complete interior fit-out of a private residence in Marylebone, London, carried out in close coordination with Jo Hamilton Interiors. Grovewood Construction acted as principal contractor, managing all trades on site from structural preparation through to final snagging.
The project covered the full scope of interior works across kitchen, living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Works included floor levelling, kitchen underfloor heating and extraction, full plasterboarding and plastering, engineered hardwood floor installation throughout, skirting and architraves, second fix electrics and complete decoration. Bespoke joinery was produced and installed to both bedrooms, with a fitted banquette seating unit to the living room.
Grovewood works regularly alongside interior designers and architects as principal contractor, taking full responsibility for programme, quality and site management. For this project, all works were delivered to the specification prepared by Jo Hamilton Interiors, with a single point of contact throughout — from the first site visit to deep clean and handover.
