From a single-storey rear extension to a full new build, we manage the complete scope — groundworks, structure, envelope, fit-out and finish.
Extensions are often more complex than they appear. Programme, structural decisions, integration with the existing building and the management of a property that may remain occupied during works all require careful handling. We take that responsibility seriously — planning the programme around the client’s situation and keeping disruption to a minimum without compromising on pace or quality.
For new build projects, we work with clients and their architects from the point of appointment — contributing to buildability, programme and cost planning before work begins on site. The result is a project that moves forward with fewer surprises and a finish that reflects the original brief.

Structure, Envelope and Full Fit-Out
We manage the full scope from groundworks to final decoration. That includes foundations, brickwork, steelwork, roofing, windows and external doors — as well as the complete internal fit-out. Where bespoke joinery is required, we coordinate directly with Grovewood Joinery, our sister company, for in-house production and installation.
If you have planning permission in place, or are still at the design stage and want to understand what a project might involve, we are happy to visit the site and provide a detailed estimate. We work with architects throughout the process or can recommend trusted professionals if you need one.
