As main contractor, we take full ownership of the build. That means coordinating all subcontractors, managing the programme, handling site safety and compliance, and maintaining clear communication with the client and their design team throughout. You do not need to brief multiple companies or chase progress updates — that is our job.
We work alongside architects, interior designers and private clients directly, adapting our approach to the structure of each project. Whether the design is fully developed or still being refined, we engage early and contribute practically — identifying issues before they become delays and proposing solutions rather than problems.
Residential & Commercial Projects
We work across both residential and commercial sectors. On the residential side, this includes full house renovations, extensions, loft conversions and interior fit-outs. On the commercial side, we undertake refurbishments of existing premises — restaurants, retail units, offices and studios — as well as extensions and bespoke builds to client specification. The approach is the same regardless of sector: a clear programme, a dedicated site manager and a finished result that matches the brief.

Working with Architects and Interior Designers
We work regularly alongside architects and interior designers as the contracting partner on residential projects. Our role is to translate the design into a finished building — accurately, on time and without the need for constant client intervention. We understand how design teams work and what they need from a contractor: reliability, clear communication and a build that reflects the specification.
