We believe the quality of a project is determined as much by how it is managed as by how it is built. Our process is designed to give clients clarity at every stage — from the first conversation to the day we hand over the keys.
01 — Initial Enquiry
You send us a brief or describe your project. We review it and confirm whether it is something we can take forward — usually within 48 hours. No lengthy forms, no automated responses. You hear from a person who has read what you sent.
02 — Site Visit
We visit the property, assess the scope in person and ask the right questions. You meet the team before any commitment is made. This is where we establish what the project actually involves — not just what it looks like on paper.
03 — Detailed Estimate
You receive a fully itemised estimate — no vague totals, no line items that obscure the real cost. We walk through it with you and address any questions before you sign anything. If something changes, we tell you why and what it means for the number.
04 — Project Approval
Once you are satisfied, we agree terms, confirm programme dates and introduce your dedicated site manager. From this point, that person is your main point of contact throughout the build.
05 — Construction Phase
Work begins. You receive regular progress updates and have a direct line to your site manager throughout. No chasing, no silence, no surprises that could have been flagged earlier. If something comes up on site, you hear about it from us — not when it has already become a problem.
06 — Completion & Handover
We complete all finishing works, conduct a final walkthrough with you and hand over a clean, finished site. Every item on the snagging list is resolved before we consider the project complete.
07 — After Project
We remain available after handover. Any issues that arise are addressed promptly — our relationship does not end at completion. Many of our clients return to us for their next project, and that is something we take seriously from day one.
